On your site or portal
A quick pricer for your website and broker portal,
on your live rules.
A broker enters a few inputs and gets a price for every program the scenario fits. The quote reads the same rules CreditDecisionEngine uses to underwrite the loan, so it is a price the file is eligible for.
It goes where brokers already price: your site and your portals.
Public
Your website
Public scenario pricing anyone can run, from your live rules.
Brokers
Broker portal
Brokers price inside your portal instead of emailing for a sheet.
Correspondents
Correspondent portal
Correspondents price against the overlays for the loans they sell you.
Brokers already search “[your lender name] quick pricer.” Give them one that matches underwriting.
Brokers search lender names plus “quick pricer” because they want a number before they call an AE. If yours returns one, they price your programs first. If that number matches what your underwriter returns later, they keep sending files.
Why the quote matches the decision: both read one rule set.
PricingEngine prices the shelf. CreditDecisionEngine decides the file. QuickPricer is the front door to both. The broker’s scenario runs against the same eligibility rules the underwriter runs the full file against. When you change a rule, the site and the desk change together.
What lenders ask first.
What is a quick pricer?
A quick pricer is scenario pricing a broker or loan officer can run in a few inputs, without waiting on an AE or a rate sheet. In LoanPASS, QuickPricer reads the same live rules as PricingEngine, placed on your site or portal.
Can we put it on our website or portal?
Yes. The placements we ship against are your website, a broker portal, and a correspondent portal. Every quote reads live rules.
Is QuickPricer the same as PricingEngine?
No. PricingEngine prices your full product shelf and holds the rate sheets, adjustments, and eligibility overlays as rules. QuickPricer is the front door to it for brokers and correspondents: a short scenario form on your site or portal that reads those rules.
Can correspondents use QuickPricer?
Yes. A correspondent portal is one of the placements. Correspondents price against the overlays for the loans they sell you, so the quote reflects the box the loan will actually be bought into.
How does QuickPricer stay current when rates or guidelines change?
Every quote reads the current rules at the moment it runs. When your team changes a rule and publishes it, the site, the portal, and the underwriting desk all change together. Nobody re-posts a PDF.
Does the QuickPricer quote match the underwriting decision?
Yes. The broker’s scenario runs against the same eligibility rules CreditDecisionEngine runs the full file against. A number the broker sees on your site is a number the file is eligible for, not an estimate from a stale sheet.
What does a broker enter to get a quote?
A handful of scenario inputs, such as loan amount, LTV, FICO, and documentation type for non-QM programs. The engine returns a price for every program the scenario fits, with eligibility already checked.
Why do brokers search for a lender’s quick pricer?
Because they want a number before they call an AE. Brokers search a lender’s name plus “quick pricer” and price the programs of whoever answers first. If your quick pricer returns a number that matches what your underwriter later says, they keep sending files.
What is a broker portal quick pricer?
It is scenario pricing that sits inside your broker portal, so a broker prices a deal there instead of emailing an AE for a rate sheet. QuickPricer runs the broker’s scenario against your live rules and returns a price for every program it fits.
Does it price non-QM programs?
Yes. Bank statement, DSCR, and other non-agency programs price against the guidelines you already wrote, on the same engine as the rest of the shelf.
