Derek Staley, CSPO brings over 16 years’ experience in multiple areas of account management in the mortgage industry and technology sector.  Derek's understanding of key disciplines including client loyalty, client relationship and client value management in diverse roles such as loan origination, product design, and program implementation has been a driving force in supporting numerous banks, credit unions, and broker-to-banker. Before joining the leadership team as Vice President, he successfully implemented new technologies and supported processes at FICS, Optimal Blue, and Tenet Healthcare.  Derek is also a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Realtor, and U.S. Army veteran. He resides in Nevada with his wife and child. Outside of the office he enjoys traveling with family.
