By day, he’s an industry expert known for his exceptional integrity—but when the lights go up, you’ll find Brad at the stadium with wife Teresa and their two sons, cheering on their hometown St. Louis teams in nearly any sport you can think of, whether it’s baseball, hockey or football. Brad is not merely a spectator, he also takes to the field personally, playing on a recreational softball team and bowling weekly.
Closing in on twenty years in the U.S. housing industry, Brad made his start as a certified real estate professional in 2005. After a brief foray into payroll in 2009, Brad returned to housing in 2010 in the national programs department at Lenders One Mortgage Cooperative. His next career advance took him to the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA), where he excelled as director of member engagement and director of associate membership.
After getting to know our team and gaining an understanding of the LoanPASS technology in his role at MBA, Brad was impressed and thought it was “super slick.” When I contacted Brad seeking referrals to qualified professionals who may have an interest in selling the LoanPASS startup product, Brad’s strongest referral was himself. Brad quickly stepped into the batter’s box, joining LoanPASS in February 2024.
